Michelle Armour-Brown


Founder and CEO

Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, Michelle arrived to the U.S. twenty years ago. Michelle earned a degree in Sociology at Tel Aviv University in Israel and served in their military for 3 years as a Sergeant in Military Police. Michelle started a pediatric home health care agency in 2006. Prior to establishing Foster Kids Charity, she volunteered in various non-profit organizations that serves the homeless. She currently travels between Texas and California, and has five daughters with her husband. 



Marvin Brown



Mr. Brown has been a board member at Foster Kids Charity Inc. since its inception. He is responsible for the development and daily technology operations for the organization. Mr. Brown is a Business Analyst / Project Manager for a data supplier in the Healthcare industry.

Lincoln Allen


Chairman of the Board

Mr. Allen is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He worked at Texas Instruments as a quality inspector in manufacturing and as a contract negotiator with the State Department. Mr. Allen is currently working for the Texas Department of Transportation as an Engineering Technician.

Kevin O'Brien


Chairman of the Board

Mr. O’Brien is a seasoned executive with an entrepreneurial background spanning 40 years. He has held a variety of senior executive positions with entrepreneurial medical device companies.  Kevin brings strong leadership and a creative approach to management to high growth organizations. Education. B.S. Business and Public Administration. University of Texas at Dallas.


Philip Belcher


Board Member

Mr. Belcher is an executive from a large engineering company, who was deeply involved in volunteering at foster group homes in California, where he is originally from. 

Andrea Lee


Foster Group Home Coordinator

Ms. Lee currently works in the Telecom business. She plays a vital role within various foster group homes around Dallas,  gathering food and clothing donations and organizing outings for the children. She has been with Foster Kids Charity for the past 5 years!

Rachel Davidson



Ms. Davidson has served as a treasurer to Foster Kids Charity since 2011. She owns a small bookkeeping service in Red Oak, Texas and has been volunteering for the Salvation Army for over 20 years.
