Foster Kids Charity strives to ensure that every child in the foster care system has their basic and personal needs met. We serve foster children and youth across Texas by providing critical emergency support and long-term developmental programs.
Our programs include:
- Youth in foster care support, providing emergency assistance with food, clothing, and hygiene items
- Court snack program, offering nutritious snack bags to children waiting in court in support of the Dallas Permanency Court
- Life skills support program, assisting foster teens transitioning to adulthood through the Dallas Permanency Court
- Laptops for foster youth, providing educational tools to support academic success and independence
- Horse therapy program, offering therapeutic experiences for foster teens that promote emotional healing, confidence, and emotional well-being
Through close collaboration with the Dallas Permanency Court, caseworkers, and community partners, we address immediate needs while empowering foster youth to build a stronger future.
